Return & Exchange Policy
At Shalky, we believe that customer trust is the foundation of our success. We are committed to providing a premium shopping experience based on transparency, reliability, and fairness.
This policy outlines the terms, conditions, procedures, and applicable fees for returns and exchanges, ensuring a clear and smooth process from purchase to after-sales service.
1. Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests can be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Only one exchange is allowed per invoice.
- The item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- With all tags attached
- In its original packaging
2. Return (Refund) Policy
- Return requests must be submitted within 1 day from the delivery date.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, after deducting the applicable fees.
- Discounted items and promotional products are not eligible for refunds.
3. Discounted & Promotional Items
- Items purchased on sale or promotion:
- Are non-refundable
- Are exchangeable within 7 days only
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
4. Return & Exchange Fees
🔁 Exchange
- Inside Riyadh: SAR 25 (via Shalky courier)
- Outside Riyadh: SAR 50 (via shipping company)
- International orders: Customers are responsible for shipping both ways, customs duties (if any), and bank charges.
🔄 Return (Refund)
- Within Saudi Arabia (via shipping): SAR 50
- From outside Saudi Arabia: Customer bears shipping both ways, customs duties (if any), and bank fees.
- In-store returns: The item must be returned to the store, and the refund will be processed to the original payment card within 7–14 business days.
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- You must contact Customer Service before initiating any request.
- You will receive the necessary instructions once the request is approved.

6. Price Differences
- If the replacement item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded.
- If the replacement item is higher in price, the difference must be paid before completing the exchange.
- In some cases, the replacement may be processed as a new order.
7. Processing Time
- Exchange and return requests are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date the returned item is received.
8. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items that have been used, or returned without tags or original packaging
- Discounted items in case of a refund request
