Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made within 7 days, and returns can be made within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all attached tags intact and undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The original invoice must be provided, and the return or exchange must be requested within the allowed period.
  • Exchange is only available in Riyadh through shipping companies. The customer bears the shipping cost of 25 SAR. For other cities in the Kingdom, we currently cannot provide an exchange option via shipping companies. Instead, return procedures must be followed, and a new order for the replacement product should be placed. A free shipping code will be provided, or you can visit one of our showrooms in the Kingdom. For returns from outside the Kingdom, the customer is responsible for international shipping costs (both ways), in addition to bank fees. Exchange through the showrooms is free of charge.
  • For returns via shipping, the customer bears the shipping cost of 50 SAR within all cities of the Kingdom. For returns from outside the Kingdom, the customer is responsible for international shipping costs (both ways), in addition to bank fees. Return via showrooms costs 25 SAR.
  • If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the company will bear the shipping costs.
  • The return process will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date we receive the shipment.
  • If shipping was free, and the customer wishes to return all purchases, the usual shipping fees will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

How to Return or Exchange:

  • Through the online store, you can submit a return or exchange request using the Return and Exchange Form.

The customer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

  • If the product was custom-made according to the consumer’s specifications, except for products with defects or those that do not meet the specified requirements.
  • If the product is defective due to improper use by the consumer.
