Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery services within Riyadh and across all regions of Saudi Arabia through SMSA.
International shipping is handled by DHL, during the store’s and shipping company’s official working days: Saturday to Thursday.

Delivery within Riyadh:
Orders received by the store will be shipped within 1–2 business days.

Shipping outside Riyadh (within Saudi Arabia):
Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

International Shipping (outside Saudi Arabia):
Shipping is now available to Gulf countries and select Arab countries, with delivery within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Fees:

  • Within Saudi Arabia:
    ➤ 25 SR shipping fee on all orders.

  • To Gulf & Arab countries (outside KSA):
    ➤ Shipping fee: 75 SAR ,+ Custom duties may apply depending on the customer's country.

  • To Europe & USA:
    ➤ Shipping fee: 250 SAR ,+ Custom duties may apply depending on the customer's country.
